::: Dragon release pushed back ...again :::
Sion Lenton, Dragon Rising's executive producer, has confirmed in an interview with IGN that OFP:DR will be delayed at least till Autumn:

"As you can appreciate, with Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising's immense battlefield and its unscripted AI, this is no trivial matter and so, to get this absolutely right, we're now investing additional development time on the project. We'll be working right through the summer to deliver all formats this autumn and create the best possible experience that people will want to enjoy again and again. "

I saw nothing about the soldier movement or how smooth the aiming is with the ret. For all we know this could just be eye candy (yes i think it looks pretty) but it could be just as sucky as ARMA. Only in time will we see if this is a flop or a success. Any new arma game they are relseasing since the first I am not buying. Same with OFP2. Ill let you guys spend ur money and tell me if its worth the money before i waste another 60$ like I did with ARMA.

np m8, I specialize in buying shit games. Will give BIS one more chance to redeem themselves. If arma2 is crapola, i'm done with them.

OFP2 is a big worry as I have yet to see any convincing gameplay videos. All the trailers so far have been CGI-tarted up.

I'm still not elite enough to join your boys yet knight. Seems my time in France is raising some security concerns with the CF, mainly they won't be able to physically abuse me at BMQ LOL.

You guys play Bad Company 2 yet?

It's pretty sweet when it works, you have to account for bullet drop off and you can destroy pretty much everything and best of all the vehicle controls are excellent.

It also has a very rich color palette unlike MW2 so you can conceal yourself somewhat.

Lol Ghost... where do you live Surrey? Second of all the Canadian army can suck more than foreign armies because your stuck in the prairies with nothing to do and conducting training in -40 in the winter time. Sucks BALLS

OFP2 is out and according to many sites it gets an average score of 80 out of 100. But gamers like you say no. Apparently it suffers from "consolitis" like all PC games these days.

France kicked ass in the southern part. The people were very friendly and talkative, the weather was amazing and the screnry was incredible.

It's not like Canada where you have to arm yourself and travel in packs so you don't get attacked.

They starve and beat you plus they took away all my kit and refused to give me new stuff then told me if I didn't shave I can't eat.

I tried to reapply with the Canadian Forces the day after I got back and they told me they would never hire me because they didn't like the look of my face.

I also got jumped by 6 guys the same night I got back to Canada so its been one hell of a week.
